I bought a TT bike so I can get into a good position and I found I liked the discipline. Even had a full fitness test , which produced some surprising results - My plan was to increase my fitness level and get even faster!

But now it's 2011 and I had a bad couple of years ago - a badly broken collarbone and severe back problems , resulting in fractal surgery. My physical condition is dropped and I'm a little weight . My diet has suffered and I have no motivation at the moment - not what I want it all !
